A project is somebody saying what they are trying to prove, what would count as progress, and one thing another person could do about it. It is not a claim on a problem, and it blocks nobody.

Nothing is generated to fill this page and nothing will be. A project takes a title, one sentence on what would count as progress, the brief itself, and one thing somebody else could do — about ten minutes, and it is the whole difference between an archive and a seminar.
If you are not ready to host one, the problems carrying a machine judgement that no person has examined are all still open, and saying whether one of them holds is a smaller thing to do first.
